Team Unity

Same thing happened against Brisbane, we looked a million dollars until they lifted their game and started to apply pressure.

Shepherds still pretty buch non-existent which is the game plan and has come home to roost.

A lot of our problems can be attributed to game plan. Wallace has drilled into the players that they must run and spread to receive the next hospital handball. Nobody protects the ball carrier and gives him time to deliver. We play a selfish gamestyle and it's been instilled in them.

I just hope the next coach can turn it around with a simpler gamestyle.

Unity is just another thing in a long line of problems we need to address.

Unlike many on here, i do not believe a wooden spoon is something we should now be aiming for, even if it meant we get a higher draft pick. Decent recruiting and actual development of players will make up for it. Players need to learn that failure is not acceptable under any circumstances, and the only way of doing this is playing for one another, putting the body on the line

Seen a couple of bomber games this year and there seems to be a touch of John Northey in the way they play. Not much of a game plan but a lot of self belief looks to be drilled into the players.

If the players want to get a new contract then they need to do team things.
The lack of leadership is startling. Yet seemingly the playes have run the club for far too long.
Who do we have as leaders?
Daniel Jackson, Jack Riewoldt, Trent Cotchin
Foley no.
Delideo no.
