Seeing that this is the thread titled "Team v Bummers after player revolt"...then surely Simmo should NOT be in the team ever again.
Even Newman (whether naive or he does genuinely think the same as Johnson/Simmo/King) should not be in the team also.

I think Nahas keeping his spot with Richo there now that Kane is off it. I for one would rather Nahas stay there that those 3 players.

Schulz, Hughes, Reiwoldt, Gourdis all named in Coburg seniors. Yet not one specialist FF named at Richmond.

RR, they're tanking its that simple. Make sure we finish with less than 4 wins this season, so by the time Round 20 comes up, we've got ourselves in position for the best possible draft picks we can get for 2010. For the remaining rounds, the Match Committee should committ to the younger players, but I won't be surprised to see them not play any of the younger players whatsoever this season unless absolutely forced into it by the Board.

In the interim Coburg is going to have a heap of ex Tiger AFL players flooding its ranks, *smile* and Co denying the young players a crack even at that level.

That is not what I call player or leadership development, it wouldn't hurt to leave *smile* and Co out of the Coburg team and play as many of the young guys and rookies in that team until they can get a guernsey with the Tigers senior side.

open your eyes and read the post. i put the height and weight differences in for a reason. neagle has a massive 15kg advantage over thursfield yet they are the same height. advantage neagle.i named both sets of players to show we need to play thursfield or if not im another tall just to match up. its one thing going in short in the forward line another totally different thing going in short in defense as it is we are undersized.

Neagle at teh moment is overweight without a doubt. Whats more important is whether Thursty would beat Neagle, and he would, Neagle has no advantage.

wasnt talking about each players merits just pointing out a massive size difference and the fact this size difference happens every week but i suppose all opposition talls are overweight. also pointed out the fact if you dont play thursfield we go into that game one short tall player down back. i thought that was pretty plain. essendon seem to think eagle is a decent player yet you seem to think we should just ignore his presence unbelievable.
why is it ferals feel the need to defend players all the time no one is having a go at thursfields ability we are talking team structure and the lack of size in our kpds.

couldnt play a young kpf not one oh thats right we dont have any. not as if they would be up against hardened kpds pears and hooker are hardly household names. just another opportunity lost to give our young talls a game in a litany of lost opportunities.

post and riewoldt should be in that side and so should the ranga browne.

for gods sake lets tank but lets tank with kids how bloody dumb are they at the club im afraid to say i hope wallace gets the bullet real soon.

what a rabble of a club useless in every concievable area of a footy club. if that side is wallaces he has to go the damage hes doing is unbelievable no wonder the players revolted.

Great Post oh clawed one- structure has been pathetic, we keep losing and still no structure to the side picked.

I am at a loss to understand it. Would even put Clever in the side to give us some height up forward, at least the lad can kick and he should be told to just compete.

He is one player that may surprise many and may get better quicker with a change of Coach, so I agree with you on this one- TW must go soon.

True Billy Boy so should we sack the whole match committee as they pick the side and structure. I think so....if anyone from this shambles is still there...or worse appointed coach of the RFc (ie Campbell) that will be enough for me.
