So how many goals does everyone think Jake King will cost us on Saturday??
I'm predicting maybe a couple of disposal errors directly to an opposition inside the 50, . . . a couple of turnovers resulting from a run outta the backline after thinking "what the *smile* do I do now?", . . . some loose checking on Eddie "Christmas has come early" Betts resulting in uncontested goals, . . . and just for good measure another couple of free kicks given away after some "try-hard" toughness and undisclipinary acts.
Can't wait to watch the comedy show that is Jake King.

O'Hailpin hurt himself at training today and could be a late out.
We could really win this if we wanted to. No Stevens/Scotland/Waite,etc. They have terrible depth - Bentley, Armfield, Hartlett, Johnson, Russell. As silly as it sounds, we can't afford to win. 3 picks inside top 20 > 2 picks. especially in the current drafting climate over the next couple of years. I'm worried.

With King in we will have something to laugh about this weekend.
It will take our minds off the scoreboard. Eddie Betts will stitch him up, King will once again demonstrate is no brainer mentality to the crowd who will leave wondering why we persist with ineptitude.

Are we bringing in the mediocre players so that we can tank properly?
Are we perusing the list so that we know for definate which mediocre players we are going to delist when the new coach comes in?
Or are we bringing in some mediocre players just so the faceless keyboarders can get their jollies and abuse the players, selectors, coaches or anything else to do with the club?

if only they had gone with Connors or Thompson over King I would be ecstatic about the team we've selected.

Need King to defend against Betts or Gartlett and to add a bit more strength and mongrel in the back pocket . This will free up Polo to play more up the ground, but I would of ommited Edwards for either Connors & Thompson.
