Looking forward thoughts on this side?

Newman Thursfield McGuane
Casserley Polak Raines
Edwards Deledio(c) JON
Riewoldt Hughes Meyer
Tambling Shulz Jackson
Simmonds Polo Foley
Conners White Collins Peterson

How far forward champion???

Bowden, Tuck(If he can use it better), Brown, Hyde - none of these figure?

Looks like a possible 2009 Round 1 line up but you can add Kreuzer and another big body on the bench hopefully a defender. If that forward line works hard enough when it doesn't have the ball it looks exciting. And Jackson won't make it imo.

You could change the bench as below & this could be the team for the latter half of the year.
Newman Thursfield McGuane
Casserley Polak Raines
Edwards Deledio JON
Riewoldt Hughes Meyer
Tambling Shulz Jackson
Simmonds Polo Foley
Bowden Richo Johnson Brown

meyer for tivendale
moore for gaspar

as much as i love the young kids coming in riewoldt can wait, just enjoy watching big cleve out there and then riewoldt can come in later in the year

Update

in bold typeface ::) = 7 players over 23 years

now that's a youth policy

B: Chris Newman, Luke McGuane, Kelvin Moore
HB: Joel Bowden, Graham Polak, Andrew Raines
C: Kane Johnson, Brett Deledio, Jake King
HF: Daniel Jackson, Cleve Hughes, Danny Meyer
F: Richard Tambling, Jay Schulz, Matthew Richardson
FOLL: Troy Simmonds, Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls, Nathan Foley
I/C: Cam Howat, Kayne Pettifer, Matthew White, Chris Hyde

EMG: Shane Edwards, Jack Riewoldt

Daniel Jackson is a forwards bootlace. I know he's had a few cameos there over the last coupla years but he should be playing as a stopper first.

I hope this is his job today cause he has the "bright headlights" syndrome with ball in hand.

Reiwold in for Tuck.
