PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

I've got my concerns about the Doggies game this week at the Dome...I just don't believe under Terry we've chosen a good structured team that suits Telstra Dome. I'm going to give it a try and pick a suitable team for this week.
Firstly here is our record at Telstra Dome under Terry :

2005

Dogs 88-84 W
Saints 79-147 L
Port 123-67 W
Dees 74-131 L
North 80-109 L
Crows 62-132 L
Blues 106-141 L
Dogs 107-119 L
Hawks 137-133 W

2006

Dogs 52-167 L
Saints 77-88 L
Swans 62-180 L
Crows 69-66 W
Lions 142-60 W
Blues 140-95 W

2007

Cats 65-222 L
Lions 73/73 Draw
Saints 100-117 L
North 79-104 L

The Dogs killed us the last time we played there. I think it's important we don't go too tall this time around on the forward line...I'd like our team to start this way

Backs - King Thursfield Moore
Half Backs - McMahon Schulz Newman
Centre - Richardson Foley Tuck
Half Forwards - Brown Polak Deledio
Forwards - Morton Rievoldt White
Followers - Simmonds Johnson
Rover - Tambling
I/C Pattison, McGuane, Edwards, Hyde

That looks well balanced to me...height and run on every line.
I can't say I'm as confident as last week against Freo of a victory as the Dogs are playing good footy and love playing at the Dome. But we are a team going places. I just want to see the same intensity and improved skill level that was displayed against Freo. I am 100% sure we won't take a backward step this week...hoping that will be enough to get us the 4 points...should be a cracker of a game.
