PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

[I've split this from the home game poll because it's a topic worthy of it's own thread. rosy]

What I want to know is why people are so against Telstra Dome? I much prefer the MCG. It's not even a contest between the two venues, but, why the angst over Telstra dump? It's something I just don't understand.

The facilities are pretty decent, it's in the same city as our real home ground, and above all else we are going to have to learn to win there.

There are bound to be finals played at the dome, as well as away games against several other teams. We shouldn't be running away with our tail between our legs scared of the venue because "we play crap there".

We should be facing up to the dome hoodoo, just like we did last weekend when we beat north for the first time in ages, as well as winning games at Geelong, against Adelaide, and one in June.

Quite frankly, if you want to be the best, you have to learn to win at home and away. We're not going to get any better at winning there, if we avoid it at all costs. (The dump).
