That’d be for Serbian authorities to look at. They love investigating that sort of stuff.
They should wait until close to his 1st game then deport him. f the draw.

Just to add an extra bit around how much of an *smile* Novak is.
On the 18th December, the L'Equipe interview", when Novax knew he was positive and did the interview as "he didn't want to let the journo down". Novax in his normal don't give a *smile* about anyone else manner, didn't even bother to tell the journo that he was Covid positive, and the interviewer didn't find out for another 3 weeks.
Again, it was either an outright lie that he was even positive then, or the levels of dickness that Novax shows are just continuing to increase.

Is this when the 2 Vic medical panels gave him the exemption? Based on him having covid in June?
With the Novak situation and the let it rip approach, think the state and fed governments don't seem too concerned with the current covid situation.
They only did a U turn on Novak due to public outcry.
Why would any of them care its perfect for them all in all parties with elections coming up.
These grubs on both sides will be rubbing their little rat paws together as they can all claim plausible deniability and just point the finger and deflect the blame on each other in a desperate vote grab.
Feds will point the finger at opposition States and States point finger at Feds and States point finger at Opposition States.

I have exercised my extraordinary powers and henceforth cancel the previously granted visa to the aforementioned Novax Djockodic.
My order is to take effect at 2pm today, due to Mr Djockodic requesting a late check out from Crown Towers.
At this time he will be taken into custody and transported to Tullamarine Airport where he will be processed for immediate deportation.
We, the Australian government, decide who enters our country and under what circumstances they enter. .... this matter is now closed.

Maybe they will just do nothing and Novax plays the Aus Open and then leaves. The minister has taken years and still no decision on lots of refugees, there is no time limit or even obligation to make any decision. The LNP Government are very good at not making decisions.
