Terrific Terry!

I think Polo's performance will give the young ones a look at what is possible if they work hard and remain positive and also send a message to the older ones that if they don't stay on their toes and perform well then there are other options and hungry young players ready to take their spots.

It would be refreshing to have a new culture of having to play well on a consistent basis for a regular game.
For far too long we have repayed mediocre performances with continual guaranteed paces in the starting line up.
Well done to the youngsters for starting to pressure the experienced guys for a game.

TW spoke about how he doesnt wanna waste his, the clubs or the supporters time in playing senior players who arent as good as the junior players.

On the other side of the ledger, I read this comment as a spur to the younger players  -To fight for the 1/2 doz. positions each week - TW wants the "junior" players to understand they are capable of pressing for selection each week. Those who respond to TW's KPI's, remain in the side, whilst others who dont are sent back to Coburg.
so what the hell is krappouyer doing getting games.
Good question Claw.

Check the Richmond site. TW says *smile* will definitly play and Johnson is a good chance.

Mark my words, there will be matches this year where Gaspar will hold a key opponent goal-less and win us gthe game.
And there will be many more games that his slow, indesiciveness and lack of skill will cause us to be flogged!!!!

Gas must play if fit. Physical presence needed for Hall

R. Hall has actually played well on B. Hall in the past, so no Gas required :P
