After that pathetic show today, its time Terry was told and moved on. Its pointless keeping him to the end of the year, there is nothing to gain by that. Bring in Sheedy as a stand in coach to the end of the year[and stir the place up,get some enthusiasim happening] and start talking to prospect coaches now. Whilst I don`t think it all Terrys fault the buck stops with him, unfortunately the major problem was recruiting and most importantly Greg Miller. He seems to have missed all the heat and Terry`s going to pay for that. Whether it was the directors or Terry that gave Greg all the power I`m not sure, but one things for sure it will be later than 2011 before we are a power .

If it takes that long them most on here will either be celebrating our next premiership in either heaven or hell.

There are all the learned people who say its the players...theya re the ones who should be accountable for the rabble that is the Richmond Football Club. What I fail to understand is if it is the players why dont they continue to play like they did select quarters of all the games so far this season.

Surely it has to be wallet and his game plan. We see an exciting style of fast flowing back yourself football witht he ball moving freely and successfully into th forward line then it stops? The whole style fo play changes. Terry I know you dont care....so why stay?

As long as he remains at the helm, things will not improve. This is going to be 2004 all over again.

If we end up deciding to appoint an interim coach, then we seriously need to give David Bourke a crack.

Hit the road Jack, time to take your pride and swallow. Be a man wallace and admit you have failed.

Sounds like June 15 might be decision day for March to announce about Wallace (after Round 12).
