Thanks for trying, however your five years can be summed up in exactly the same way of your predecessors 5 years - an absolute debacle.

You made so many mistakes they are too numerous to list. You built a list with diabolicle skills that wont tackle...nice.

You have built a list that is no better off than when you took over. They were last when you took them over by the way.

Thanks for your efforts, but its time to go.
