Nope, not at richmond at least. He'll be heading to the Gold Coast in the not to distant future.

let him finish his 5 year contract.

he was given 5 years for a reason,no use sacking him now.
he`s changed the list enormously and is pushing for a finals berth coming to the end of his 4th year.

if we don`t have a reasonably good year next year,the minimum would be a finals berth then he probably should go.
but not before.

on the other hand,i don`t think it`s time to extend his contract either.
the end of 2009 or nearing the end of 2009 if we are going really well should be the time for any possible extension.
it`s still far too early to decide either way at the moment.

The most sensible and probably the most likely outcome..well I hope so anyhow, as he at least deserves to serve out his tenure.
