Was just tinkin about young Danny and how well hes done since he has come into the side.It also made me think about the other intresting team selections that have been made this year ,now I know its not always TWs idea but he has the final say who comes in and who gos out.

Like I said Meyer has been great, but there were a few ,and fair enough, saying he hadnt warrented his selection with his form for the Burgers. But as soon as his come in its as if his been there for 3 years and he just keeps gettin better.

What about big Willy just a couple of games back in the ressies and Tezza says" Will I want you to go tear Reiwoldt apart",so Will gos and dos this,Now I love big Will and claim to his biggest male fan :hihi but to expect him to do what he did for 3 an 3/4s on the champ would be silly ,Just shows the power of some very possitive an encouraging words from TW an what they can achieve.

Now who would have thought what Deano Polo could do on debut im sure nobody except Chuck an GPB thought he would have 28 touches kick 3 goals get BOG an be the differance in the match.

How about big Pato now he may not have set the world on fire but just about every game hes played we have won, I dont think this is that coincedental when you have a young CHF workin his butt off crashin packs and opening up the forward line for our smaller forwards

Rainsey hey who would have thought a wingman on the fringe would turn into been a huge key in our reinvented back 6,simply briliant TW :clap

Now we could mention alot more like Petts,Hydey and co but besides his exceptional game day tactics(Crows win) TW is a simply a brilliant Coach in all aspects of coaching

WE LOVE YOU PLOUGH :grouphug

Well put CC, Terry is d-man and what a man he is. I also think Matty White is one fella he is working on beautifully under the radar and will be thorn to opposition sides in years to come.

On the subject of Tezza, I also think his wardrobe/makeup person is doing a great job on him. I noticed on Saturday when it was that cold out there on the MCG (and I lost my gonads :hihi), TW strutted out with Hugo Boss trousers and the official sponsor black shirt hanging out, gee that fella looks good in anything, I was thinking wasn't he cold.

I hope he packs those leather dacks for Tassie, it'll be bloody cold there.

It's been said many times that footy's played above the shoulders.

Amazing what a difference competition for positions, winning culture & good coaching can do for players confidence.

Think back to all the successful sides over the years and it's amazing how many good, ordinary footballers have looked like outright superstars in a successful environment. It's infectious.

We're starting to see that at Tigerland... :)

Yeah, it's been astounding how deeply we've dug into our list and proportionately had relatively few poor individual performances. There's genuine depth now in most positions, plenty of young blood and few players performing below what they've done in other years.

Wallace has been both a genuinely positive influence and also a stern taskmaster...which (pardon the pun ;D) is a difficult razor's edge to walk. Fantastic coaching effort so far and hopefully the best is still to come.

His choice of kids to bring through has been spot on.  Everyone has punched above their weight.  Good management I say.

The only kid that didn't set the world on fire was McGuane.  Hasn't been in the squad since his first debut.  I hope he gets another crack soon.

i totally agree with the above posts, but lets not get ahead of ourselves as we still have a hell of a long way to go but there is no doubt we are on the right track ;D
