If there was ever a more annoying TV caller of our great game, surely it would have to be Dwayne Russell. Don't know about anyone else of course, but I have no option but to use the mute on the remote, when he is so called commentating. The non stop of the calling players names annoys the hell out of me. Reminiscent of whoever it was that used to call the Rugby League. Denis Commetti makes the game interesting, which is how it should be. That's my opinion anyway.
 
Whenever I can I mute the telly and listen to the radio broadcast.
 
I do enjoy Dennis Confetti as a commentator. I used to enjoy the ABC TV commentators back in the day...

Gee Mex, you are going back a long way. Geoff Pretty Boy Raines indeed!! Always hoped his son would be half as good.

Agree, constantly tries to contrive major issues out of nothing. Always looking for the sensationalist angle.

Sounds like Doug Heywood, or possibly Ian Cleland. I used to like Drew Morphett when he was on Channel 2.

Edit: Clelo's call of "Aaahhhh pathetic Faletic" re St.Kilda's Milan Faletic making a blunder was a classic.
 
I thought that Gerard Healy and Tony Shaw make a fine fine team (of morons). They had no idea when it came to analyse Saturday's game.
 
Just don't listen to Spud. Don't listen to MMM because of him and the fact that Lyon is Eddie's and Demetriou sock puppet and hate it when we are on twilight footy interstate as we have to listen and watch the Potato Man. All others I can handle to some extent.
