Just want to thank those boys for allowing me to join them during their festivities of their end of season trip whilst I was stuck in CAirns on Thursday night. Was already half cut when I got there and ended up being way messier afterwards and had a good night and got to chat to a few of the boys and buy a few of them a few drinks as a token of my appreciation to them for a good year. They seemed to have a good time and I enjyed their company until I had to stagger back to the hotel. Moorey is one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet and AI cannot express my thanks enough.

yes funnily enough, i had a similar experience on last sunday justt gone.

here i was doing a gig at The Pier Tavern in Cairns when all of a sudden i notice Campbo and then Tucky not too far behind. A few minutes later the whole team rocked up :clap

was telling all my cairns buddies who they were but they were too stuck into the Parramatta - Manly league game on the big screen :hihi

managed to chat to a few of the boys, all were very well behaved and just havin a good time. D-Rod looked funny in his sunnies, all the young boys played pool while the oldies had a table outside.

Richo was saying that most of the boyz are ready to head home now after a long weekend of good times.

A good thang happened at the bar, i told the bargirl that he (staff) was here before me so she should serve him first. When i finally got my drink she told me that the guy over there (staff) had brought it for me as an appreciation for sticking to Bar Protocol ;)

what a way to end our stay up there. i got to watch my league team (the eels) flog Manly and then got to mingle with the other code. Superb weather too..... 8)

Id be nice to you too if you were buying me drinks....seriously I would!

No, its a good feeling to get involved and be able to speak to players with their hair down, you realise then that they are people too. Well done and great to see you had a good time.

Cheers

And there's people here who want to get rid of Stafford.
He's obviously a gentleman and should be retained on the list at all costs.
