This is a serious rant from me(for once)
Thanks to my Niece,s contact at work,who happenes to be on the inside at Punt Road,organised a day out at Punt Road for my father,who turns 86 in a few days time.
he was taken to Punt road,shown around the place,and shown all the memorabilia and the works and jerks of our beloved club who he has devoutly and unconditionally supported for the last 80 years or so.
All the young players as well as richo,browny and Kane johnson all took time out to say hi and shake his hand,which really blew my Dad away.for once,he was lost for words.
I just learnt about this an hour ago and my Dad was on the phone tellin me me about this.hes just in 7th heaven.
I was in tears.
I just wanted to tell all of you about this because its a bloody fantastic story to me.
I love you more than ever Richmond....and thank you to the players for makin my Dads day.
