Im sure im not the only person that feels this way............but, I believe to be a true supporter of a club, through thick and thin, you have to stand up for them, no matter what, no matter how much you feel deep down inside that whats going on isnt right. Thats how I've been brought up by my long suffering father anyway. Im almost 17 now, followed the Tigers since the day I was born, only to see a few finals appearances. But that really hasnt bothered me, because I look forward to the day when we're up and about again and that victory would be just that much sweeter. That's whats keeps me going anyway.
Since the day Terry took over, every decision, every single aspect of his plan (if there is one) to bring this club forward, I've defended with a strong stance, making me look like an idiot a lot of the time. Footys not just about bragging rights, its something I love, and I'm that passionate about my tigers to the point where they make me sick a lot of the time, because every year, every game, I just hope that the faith I put in, and the faith all of you guys put in, pays off. Its gotten to the point where I've realised, and opened my eyes, also with it probably came maturity that this club is run by a bunch of clowns.
Everytime i used to read a post by Redford or Claw and some others, I'd basically ignore it because I saw it as negativity, I go to the footy with negative people, and i cant stand it, but gee, Ive realised they're right.
Thanks for the services Terry, but i cant do this anymore, i took in all your spin and believed it, and defended it still to this very day.
Am i the stupid one? Maybe, but a guy on the outside can only do so much.
