Sorry it didn't work out for all of the 3 above mentioned players but I can't see their absence being a great loss to the RFC.

that's good number of posts you have got there tiger tim!! :hihi

I didn't realise the number DDT. I have to retain that number so unfortunately I can't make any more posts.........oh, but I just have! D'oh!!!

sad to see them go, particularly krak and brent my daughter kiera will be upset as she got on very well with harty at the Gippsland Tigers trivia night early in the year, always liked krak and his class and harty's hardness the previous year, but injuries and other *smile* don't help i suppose good luck lads, may get you back again if we are lucky GO THE MIGHTIES

GOOD bye!

not disappointed to see them gone however I would have thought they would have had some friends on their journey to footballs oblivion.

They were given a chance that thousands of kids dream of and never really grasped the opportunity.

This is meant to be a positive thread.

I guess you probably did your best, without really grasping the opportunity

Krakouer - had ample opportunity and wasn't up to it.
Bowden - we shouldn't have drafted him in the first place.
Hartiagan - Unlucky with injuries and tean selection.

Good Luck.

its a shame because krak WAS up to it, just wasted his pre-season every year though and didnt give a stuff about getting himself to the best possible shape he could be

Totally agree there Harry. P Bo should go well at Coburg next year, he's a good VFL player, just isn't up to it at AFL level, a little like his older brother in that respect. Krak teased us for years and never totally delivered. Harts I feel bad for, he had injuries at the wrong times and wound up being incredibly frustrated, shame, because he looked good in 2004. One of the reasons I find it hard to get excited about an encouraging debut year for young players now.

Oh I am positive.....two of them failed to graps the opportunity of being an AFL footballer and one well he triedbut like some other dud draft picks was perhaps pastt he game already.

brent didnt get a chance to play his best footy..as a person i always enjoyed talking to him..he is such a funny guy...see ya when you are watching your mates play cardigan :)

patrick..what is gonna happen with the wine club?????

little krak..good luck..:)

Shame about harts

patto showed something in his first year but they all seem to do in their first years when a switch of clubs happens. was poor towards the end with coburg and was ordinary in the final

krak- well with a jail term hanging on his head and tambling taking his spot his chnaces would have been limited.

young tas , well i dont know enough or saw enough to make comment BUT

GOODLUCK ALL

Good luck to all 3 sorry it didn't work out for Harts, Krak was given plenty of chances & PBo didn't show enough intensity at AFL or VFL level unfortunately

Harts is the only one who is the slightest bit stiff. Always thought that he would turn into a Mark Johnson type but his body never let be at his best for prolonged periods.

The one thing that will stand out to me with Harts was a game in his first year, we were getting smacked and here was this kid doing the encouraging and putting on the backside of his elder teamates trying to life the sagging spirits. Gas with his hangdog unemotional hands on hips pose getting a rev from a guy with under 10 games to his name. That is leadership and spirit and something we have lacked over the past five years, I always thought that Brent may be one of the guys involved in getting that hunger back.

I always think back to the first half of that Doggies game where he was absolutely tearing it up.
Unfortunately he also tore his hamstring and never reached those same heights from there on.

Unlucky with injury and selection IMO.
I hope he gets another shot.
