Lotta coaches careers been killed at Tigerland. If we don't get stuck in and run a major overhaul in recruiting and development a lot more coaches careers will be killed without us spending much time in the top half of the ladder in future years.

So I guess if we had paid him more he would have been a better and more motivated coach? Whatever way you look at it 500k for a dismal failure is a lot of money and hardly deserved.
