In essence Gold Coast get 12 uncontracted players plus 10 of the best 17 year olds from throughout Australia. Plus 10% more allowance in the salary cap
West Sydney get the same draft concessions plus 20% more allowance in the salary cap.
Clubs will need to really have a good crop of youngsters coming on because its going to be tough filling "holes" for the next few years.The draft age is to be lifted by 4 months as well.
