I know this might sound stupid but if TW is getting severely criticised for his coaching then do you think he is worse then spud? No way yeah? But seriously he has improved the team as much as possible, lets see what he can achieve in 5 years because face it we all know danny killed the club. And now Terry has to make do with what we have left of it. Have faith and be pacient, we all know we can not win a flag with a hand full of seniors and the rest 19 year olds.

We actually seem to have several game plans.

Yeas, GAME PLAN, where there are set plays and players know where they should be at any given time...

(Spud probably did too, but seems more structured from Plough, not just kick it to Richo and if that doesn't work, kick it to Richo)

I agree with you.....but don't be fooled by this perception that all we have are rookies and a bunch of very senior players.
As you can see from our list below, what we do lack are LEADERS in this 22-29 year old range....but we don't lack players in this age group:
