*Very frustating this Year with injuries
*Made an honest assesment that his time is up
*Club is heading in the right direction
*A sucessful era coming up for the club with the good young kids coming thru
*Will travel for 6 to 8 mnths next year
*No chance of playing baseball again
*Biggest change is training to 10yrs ago.
