I'm trying to rack my brains out to work out what is needed.

We are not up to it...players have got to go...many are not up to league level...or past their "used by" date.

And the good players we have ( a handful ) are down in confidence.

Now someone tell me something we don't know :'(
 
I am in no way going for the GC, I will however take a very big interest this year in their kids. i will get to see some from all over if I go to teir games.

pharace lets get to the next game we can.
 
I don't think I could handle another five year plan of rebuilding. We're like a dog chasing its tail.
 
We do not need to start again... We need to make do with what we have for the next 18 rounds. We have the cattle.... lets not kid ourselves! We have players capable of soo much more! If we start again... simple fact is we will draft the wrong players and develop them POORLY! Its not too late for players like tambling n lids to fulfill their potential!

I'm not giving up on them YET! Just pull your finger OUT! Train properly.... TW think up some proper training! Get together with ur high performance manager and get the training down right! u train as u play and at the moment, we are playing like crap!
 
Its sad when you consider that when Wallace came to the Club, Richmond together with 2 other Clubs - Hawthorn and the Bulldogs had priority draft picks and new coaches.

Richmond are still toiling down in the bottom 4 teams and have gone backwards so far this year while Hawthorn are the reigning Premiers and the Bulldogs are a genuine top 8 side who are coming off a top 4 finish last year.

I don't believe we need a complete rebuild but we need to start getting the most out of the list.

any rebuild will be hampered by the entry of GC and West Sydney - we won't be looking at decent draft picks until 6-8 years IMO.

This could be long and painful if the current list is not up for the task.

We're kidding ourselves if we think that Richmond do have the cattle. They've shown us supporters time and time again that they simply aren't good enough. Maybe Richmond should apply to join the VFL, that way at least they'd win a few games.
