It is no secret that Hawthorn have been compared to us in many ways lately, and for us the comparisons have been hard to stomach. In the media our kids have been crucified this year.
All of a sudden 2 weeks of good footy and we have a bright future.
I think we still have a long way to go and that the Dawks are miles ahead.
I also think that if our young boys want to win this week they can, the brand that they have played the last few weeks and in fleeting moments last year is good enough.
The hunger and desperation needs to be there.
Take it up to these Hawk thugs, they are supposed to be hard at it, they are hard at the man yes, but few of them a truely hard at the ball.
Put your head over it tigers and earn some respect.
Hawthorn fans think that there big tough hawks will smash us this week.
Protect each other, put your own line in the sand and say COME ON.
This has to be the crunch game.
For blokes like Tambling who have been compared to Buddy by all of us, including the media.
For the rest of our kids who have read in the papers that they aren't good enough.
For the fans who continue to buy memberships , or fior those that can't afford a membership but still by a ticket to watch a certain loss.
