The Spin Doctors talk about RFC Generation Next. This refers to the playing group. What about the Leaders, The Managers, The Coaches ?
If I am wrong then tell me, and everyone else who loves the RFC. Is it true that the culture at RFC from a strategic management and coaching perspective is SERIOUSLY inept and so scatter brained that it is a horrible place for any player to truly develop their skills ?
You can bull doze a Stadium and rebuild with great facility, but if the Leaders at RFC do NOT win the hearts and souls of the playing group (especially the young ones) then you can forget 2011, it might be 2111 before we see a genuine result.
If our Senior players do not stand up and beat heck out of the Coaching & Management staff then they too are held accountable.
Wallace, Miller & March, the focus is on YOU ! Get down and make your playing group WANT to give it's all for the Yellow & Black. If it doesn't in 2008 then the 3 of you should get booted to never, ever be seen again. The time has come to make a difference. Make it YOUR responsibility to ensure you have EVERY single player on our list genuinely believe that it is the only thing that matters but to see and be rewarded for RFC success.
