I didnt get to hear the whole interview but he basically said that he reckons that we're not that far off from giving it a real shake ;D

Also said Misiti is down at the club teaching the youngsters how to get the ball or something along those lines
and if Ayres doesnt go to the bombers...then he'll be invited down as well to teach the taller defenders how to play on the smaller forwards

Tommy Hafey was an average VFL player too, but someone said he could coach a bit though. Just proves you don't have to be a great player to be a good coach/teacher.
