From the Richmond Official Site:

"Players Richard Tambling and Clayton Collard, along with CEO Steven Wright, Football Director Greg Miller and assistant coaches Dale Weightman and Brian Royal, will visit the indigenous communities of Santa Teresa and Hermannsburg."

How long has he held this position and not just that of a runner? Is it a typo or have we announced it and I wasn't listening?

Thoughts anyone?

He has a few part time roles at the club. Remember recently he was the one behind the in-house education program we had up and running,

Dale is a champion, the more we can get him involved with the better!

He was also running the department that found homes for newly drafted players, and it was great to meet him again :)

Dale was/is involed in a player welfare role too. I wasn't aware he was an assistant coach.

I'm not convinced he is an assistant coach.
Dont think he is MoneyBags. Not that it matters.Im sure the likes of Foley,Lids,Cotch would seek advice on anything to do with the midfield from the little champ.

Agree skipper, its great to have the flea involved with the club.

Amazingly the flea played all his junior footy as a centre half forward...

Hope he hasnt had his stomach pumped in Mexico lately...

He is a real genuine bloke

With the bastard son of State of Origin game this week got me thinking about how good The Flea was. Most capped origin player and a champion Tiger. If we had won more flags in his time or even more finals people would probably talk even more about how good he was!

Saw Pea Brain Brereton's drivel in the Sun today about he dodged SOO games as he was part of a successful club, and didn't need the additional risk of injury, whereas guys like Spud Frawley & Weightman played as often as possible, as these games were their finals. Asswipe.

Dermie is the most negative person ever cos he wishes he was still playing. How's he story about a player showing him that they werent tough and he exploited that when he played them later on. He is a moron this bloke and the sooner the footy world see's it the better let him entertain those who watch getaway. Wont take them long to realise he is a fool.

According to inside footy (not a great source I know) he has being doing some coaching of Matty White. I don't know how intensive it is, but something is working for young Matty.
