Yep, fair enough Mav, same goes for the middle age and older players as well.

Wallace has failed, and the sooner he realises this, and allows us to find the best replacement, the better.

Check the median age rather than mean when you compare RFC and HFC.

RFC is certainly skewed to the right and hence would drag our mean age up.

If you excluded players over 30 RFC certainly would have the younger list.
 
Median age - not including rookies

Hawthorn: 23 yrs, 0 mths (Ben McGlynn)
Richmond: 22 yrs. 3 mths (Will Thursfield)

As you can see, there isn't much of a difference.

Age isn't the reason why we're struggling. No leadership, poor development and list management is
 
Actually, 9 months or 3/4 of a year is actually a sizeable diff - 10 clubs fit in between 0.75 of a year in the tables provided by L2R2R.

Agree, however you couldn't expect us to be playing like the hawks in 3/4 of a year.
