Which means only 4 players will play 5-10 years of footy with the Tigers - The rest will struggle.
Now, if you think we have recruited very well since 2003, make that 6.
And if you think we have recruited exceptionally well, make that 8.
I think the current figure is leaning towards four at this stage, but, Wallace can make it closer to eight.
