I saw a couple of excellent posts in another thread from Tiger Bob and Phantom about how they would like coaching/on field structures to be filled and have been asked a fair bit myself when I have repeatedly bagged our fitness/conditoning/elite performance aspects, who I would structure it around so thought it was time to finally answer with positive suggestions than just criticisim.
So I thought I'd start a new thread as the focus would be for everyone to discuss and/or display how they would like to see our entire football department structured (I didn't want to post in a thread that was specifically about just who the new head coach should be and cover the entire football department).
With the review due to be completed and the club/March stating we now have funds I thought it would be good to have a specific thread addressing hopeful outcomes for the review/football department as we move into a new chapter of the club with a new coach.
This model is more about structures than individuals as obviously the club is best placed to know who is best, I've just filled it out from my opinions and to give people a idea of my opinion as to what would be best for us to move on.
I have also tried to keep it realistic as to people who would consider moving in most cases or people we will probably be keeping.
One last note, clearly we won't have Hawthorn/Collingwood like funds to spend but this is just a dream scenario or something to move toward progressively as we are now finding more funds.
