Geelong gave them exactly what they needed.
Great stuff by GWS getting so much in return on one player.
Hinnerberg, the kid from Werribee and Greene is a top 8 forward line.

Not convinced that Geelong team without Taylor are a shoe in against everyone they play down there.

Krapdinia park will probably be their get out of gaol free card n allow them to scrape into the eight this year.
The big question for me will be how they perform against the other leading contenders during the season. Tiges, Pordadalayde, Brisvegas, Wet Coke,should be strong contenders again this year. While mobs like Carlscum, Colonwood, Woofers, Smelbourne, St Kiddenme n Gee Whizz would all be thinking themselves in the mix for a final eight spot. Gunna b pick axes n hob nail boots at close range trying to find a finals spot this year.

I can't see them making the top 6. They will be in for a world of pain in around 2023. could be worse than Adelaide.

Someone should write a book "The Geelong Delusion". It's about how how lots of people still believe in this archaic idea that Geelong is the best team in the AFL. They base those beliefs on fallacies that were disproved by logic many years ago. But still, some continue to delude themselves.
