The hard truth out of todays dismal effort:
1. Finals: a) We are NOT a finals side. b) The mention of or chance of finals always sees the same dismal effort/result.
2. 8 Point/Crunch Games: We just don't win them and often get belted (see 1 b) ). Have we got any guts/heart/pride.
3. Game Plan: Doesn't a windy wet day mean we need to alter our game plan. Whats this chip & handball sideways crap. ONE HANDBALL, ONE KICK, GO DIRECT, & TAKE THE 1ST OPTION. No teamwork, structure, or cohesion.
4. Hardness: Non-existent! Does anyone want the ball (with one exception - Tuck)?
5. Pressure: Non-existent! Does anyone care? Missed tackles, no chasing, & no talking.
6. Skill: Where do i start? Severely lacking (enough said).
7. Passengers: Far too many. Not many people want to put there hand up. 2nd to the footy in most contests.
Talk about a footy lesson. This is a training run for the Crows.
Positives: Only one. We can clearly see we have deficiencies. Lets hope we act on these!!
