Richo, Bowden, Brown, Simmo/Ottens, Kane pretty much all gone now or in their swansong in Richo's case.
For the last decade we have been a poor "team" but one where the results we have achieved have depended week in and week out on the performance of our 7-8 stars.
Miller was sacked (amongst other reasons) because he didn't manage to replace our stars at the recruiting table.
Wallace was sacked (") because we still play too soft.

The reason this next coach is so utterly important is because we have to learn to play hard and play as a team. We don't have any stars left, its been coming for years and the time has finally arrived, so we just have to learn to play with intensity and play well under pressure for the entirety of the game.

Someone needs to get the RFC to play a very different style of football.

Please?
