PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Coming in on the train, when I heard Kellaway was out I thought we were in for a pounding.

I haven't watched the tape (and I'm not going to) but was there any stage yesterday where we chopped off a pass into the forward line? I'm sure it's no coincidence that when he was out against the Swans, Hall had a field day as well. This bloke reads the incoming ball better than anyone else in our backline IMHO and knows when to leave his man to either intercept or spoil.

He did play against the WB dumping though - although I imagine more of their goals were through the midfield than via a leading forward.

Do any of the stats gurus out there have our performance w and w/o AK? W L and %ge.

As has been mentioned in some other posts, too many times when we had a spare man, he was caught in 'no mans land' running AWAY from the bloke with the ball and not getting into the leading players path either. The few times where we actually ran at the bloke with the ball, their disposal wasn't as good and we were able to regain possession. Something wrong with the game plan here as we have been doing this all year.
