The man that is Greg Miller

Miller is a good operator but no more. For some reason many think Miller is a cut above all football managers,he's not.He has intiated deals that most competent managers could do.The Johnson deal cost us Daniel Wells,he got us nothing for Zantuck because he walked through the wrong door,he recruited Nicholls & some recycled hacks that are now gone & he is now trying to bring us Fevola who is not interested in playing football,is overpaid,over-rated & is going to trade away our 1st pick. The Ottens deal was a good one but achievable due to Geelong's desperation to get a key forward. He got us Troy Simmonds on a 5 year deal & even Miller would be nervous about that one now.He is a good football man but he shouldn't be put on a pedistal like many do.

i hope some of the people on here that are critical of greg miller have the fortitude to ask him the same questions that they continually lambast him for on here on the evening thats been arranged.... ::)

or will the cat have hold of their tongue.... :P

I am now certain that by tomorrow night it will be all over and there will be very little more that happens this friday.
Just a photo opportunity at the club and then nothing more until list lodgement time.

Well they better make that photo opportunity pretty quick because he's getting married at 2pm.

Well played, GM and the RFC Football Department.

You investigated the options (as you should), but didn't get sucked into the hype.

Suffer in ya jocks, Blue-Boys ;D

Fair assessment. Add to the fact that beyond our first three picks last year - which were lay down misere's - the rest have BIG question marks about them. As do many from the year before...and the year before that...

Strange that we have one mob salivating for Miller to pull off a huge superdeal and others bagging Miller as a dud.
It's been said on many occassions over the last couple of weeks that we were going to be fairly quite this year and were only looking at about three or four picks for the draft.
It's Millers job to look at ALL possibilities available at the meat market but there is absolutely no need to commit to anything.
Most of what has been posted re the trade week has been nothing more than our own wishfull dreaming and expert opinion, touted as fact when in fact we wouldn't have a clue as to what has been discussed at the meetings.

Claw, for gods sake man. Give the cap lock up, come out and be free man. You are going overboard with your consistent yelling. Just settle and paraphrase your paragraphs into a orderly manner mate... :hihi :hihi
