Will Richo definitely play on? Let's assume the Tigers finish on strongly and Reiwoldt starts coming into his own and we find a number of avenues to goal (ala against Fremantle) would a new coach keep Richo? Would an extra year benefit the Tigers long-term?

Keep Richo and Cuz. These guys will provide some onfield leadership to what could be one of the youngest squads ever.
Sugar, Simmo gone for sure. The game has gone past them.
Browny may be a slight chance depending on how form, fitness and enthusiasm
Bowdo could easily go again but I think it will be a case of "while he is there he will take the role of a kid".

I guess Richardson if fit due to his iconic status (chances are next season will be a very grim one and the fans need something to cheer about ie a Richardson goodbye year even if he plays mainly off the bench). All the others should be shown the door. Personally I won't be too upset if all of them go.
Cuz and Richo for sure. Still contribute. Cousins is having a huge positive impact to the playing group.

i voted to keep Richo, Cousins and Bowden
Richo and Bowden have veteran spots. We only replace them with rookies if they go.
We will get 2 rookies already if we cut Sylvester so if you cut Richo you are swapping him with a 3 round rookie and Joel with a fourth round rookie. Result: we lose.
Cuz has a great game and amazing training attitude. He is a leader. And we'll look stupid if we cut him after after a year.
