Watching Gaspar in the Grand Final yep hes a gun NOT! Couldnt get a kick in a street fight and no way do we need him at RFC. Draft the young KPP Defenders that are available ie Spangher!!
So Craig you think whatever young KPP we pick up with our 1st pick or maybe our 2nd pick will automatically be capable of stepping into the AFL?
The reason i named T. *smile* is pretty much similar to graham last year.Until the likes of Pattison,Thursfeild etc are mature enough to handle the riggers of AFL football then T. *smile* is viable option IMO.If there is someone else out there then by all  means give us a name.
Gaspar averages 5 games a year in 5 years and IMO Thursty is already a better player.

I'll give you a name skip, but not of a kpp player. Have a funny feeling Lappin may end up at the Tigers. (gut feel, no actual basis)
There is the small back pocket player solved for two seasons or so until we develop a kid for the role. Frees up Newman to go into a more attacking role and can go forward to good effect when needed.
I said that too TD.

Graham's gone, so I think TW wants another experienced player in the group and he might be good for mentoring Pettifer at HFF also.

Lapdog would not fit into the criteria of what TW has stated in the BP player he wants. He does want a guy that is tough and has pace to go with the likes of Matera and co TF. Personally i wouldnt want him at the RFC mate.

Depends on whose available, but not a bad choice for attack.

We will get rid of two more youngsters to participate in the PSD. I think probably Raine and Roach will be the unlucky ones, given that Chaffey, Krak, Staff and Tiv now have contracts..
Selwood looks the pick of the bunch although Lappin and Green are possibilities. One other who may become available is Mackintosh of North. Pick 8 or 9 in in the 2002 draft and I don't think he has played a game, to this point.
Would he be any good for us?

Pretty sure he signed a 2yr contract at the end of last season.Big year[2006] for him.If he doesnt break into the side next year its a fair chance he will be up for trade.

It was listed in the newspapers that we have 5 picks in National
Draft. If we select 3 kids then still have 2 spots for PSD.
We therefore dont need to delist anyone else to participate in PSD.

I think we'll be after Green as he can play the small defenders role that Plough spoke about mid season after Matera had cut us up.

Agree. We're most likely go for Green, if he is still there.
I wouldn't mind Scott coming across, add some toughness to the team

And now llane Spaanderman entes the mix....

brisbane have delisted this teenager, 200 cms 100 kgs...first round pick (18) in 2003. Played for WA in the 2003 under 18 champs and rated as mobile, agaile and strong.

at least, at least worthy of a late rookie spot since he's not so old

interesting, tempting

Rucks have decent currency in the trade period nowadays if you can get them up and running :hearton
