Well, just finished watching a cracker of a game. Both teams going in hard and going for broke...no tanking on display tonight. Saints got up for a 12-0 record. Also carlton lost which makes me happy inside :hihi

Yeah Carlton losing is always good.

Although, look you just gotta admire the way they played.

Another team to scoot past us and bloody quickly too.

That makes me depressed. >:(

Carlton got alot more out of that game then the Saints. Great game to watch. And whilst i hate carlton with a passion i also love the game and this was a fantastic game to watch. One of the best for the year so far.

Yep, I agree Tuby. Friday night footy can produce some ripper games. Also I must admit I enjoy the Ch 7 telecast because they stick with the short ad breaks between goals giving it that live broadcast feel. Sunday games on the other hand are unwatchable on TV because of the 7 or 8 ads in a row after every goal.

I enjoyed watching Kruiser's game last night.

He is developing nicely.

Some of his kicking was a bit ordinary but gee he was good at the contest.

None of this chasing cheap kicks, old Juddy will enjoy having him around even more when he develops a bit more strength

BTW I reckon Judd's nose would be sore today.

glad the Cartoons lost - I so hate that club and what it stands for. Happy that Judd got it in the nose too - may help his horrid looks.

Was also impressed with last nights game. Good to see teams kicking plenty of goals for a change.

The main thing I took out of last nights game is that I remain unconvinced about Bryce Gibbs. He got a fair bit of the ball last night, did get some hard ball for a change, and generally used it OK. But his decision making at times looks dodgy.

I think Marc Murphy is a fair way ahead of him just now.

Ridiculous having two games on Sat night and none on Sat afternoon.

Worse here for Richmond and West Coast supporters in Adelaide as we cant get the game due to the Port game being on both channels. Ridiculous scheduling by hte AFL for bot hreasons. Saturday afternoon footy is not just a tradition, should be occuring rather than having doubled up games. Would get more viewers for each game.

Agree Shawry - Saturday afternoon and no football...pffft. Probably says more about Adolf and Andreson and their philosphy on football. If they can remove their heads from up their neatherlands for a period of time then they might be more in touch with the footballing public. That will never happen though.

Shawry, Port V Wb on THREE CHANNELS! Its *smile*!

Vlad just called about the fact there was no game at all yesterday afternoon (you know...Saturday afternoon, the traditional time when footy was actually played). He said "everything is fine".
