Thanks Rhett,
For the obvious answer to an obvious question.
I'm sure I'll be able to think of someone to buy another book for.
Pick me Pick me!

Re: Book Signing 'The Tigers' with KB + Tom Hafey - Feb 15th

Rhett

will you be signing additional books which will be on sale at A&R post 15th. This is usually the case - they put "signed copy" stickers on them and sell them until gone.

for those of us who can't make the date

Re: Book Signing 'The Tigers' with KB + Tom Hafey - Feb 15th

Just a reminder that the book signing is on tomorrow (Fri 15th Feb).

Good opportunity to grab a copy of the book, get it signed by two Immortals (oh , and i suppose me ),
and it wil end up as a nice gift for someone, or to go on your book shelf.

Hope to see some of you there

Rhett

Re: Book Signing 'The Tigers' with KB + Tom Hafey - Feb 15th

I will be there Rhett - nothing will keep me away from this. Please tell me that they wont sell out of the book before I get to the head of the queue? I would be soooo upset if that was to happen - should we reserve the book by phone Rhett - just in case?

a very very excited TigerLee :boldyellow

There is plenty of books for you to buy on the day.

:) Look forward to seeing you there, make sure you introduce yourself

will do Rhett - I am like a kid before Christmas - not every day you get to meet a true Tiger legend or two and the author of such a fantastic book! :clap

Re: Book Signing 'The Tigers' with KB + Tom Hafey - Feb 15th

For anyone who missed the signing

Simply call up, or go to Angus and Robertson at corner of Elizabeth and Bourke and you can buy pre signed books by myself, Tom Hafey and KB.

He may not've been a superstar but was still a very good player who put in 100% each week for Richmond.

Really? I seem to recall him spitting it when dropped to the ressies, and the club eventually getting sick of a poor attitude and sending him to the Eagles for next to nothing.

I missed a few games towards the end of '89 so your memory might be better than mine. He was traded at the end of that year for picks #18 & #32 (Robert Wren & Shaun Slater, 0 games between them).
