Now Im stumped up here....having a couple of Hardy,s cabernet sauvingnons...and tryin to make sense of another saturday Night as a born again Victorian,,,,,Thats my exuse anyway......Now to lighten the vibe on the thread here,,,,,I was thinking(dont laugh rosy)
Of all the clubs that represent the AFL........some of my most despised,loathed and hated clubs are named after.....BIRDS!
Now to all you serious posters,please tolerate this deviation from whose gonna be the rookie this year,or the gun draftee...or the NEXT BIG THING in tigerland.....and espousing your hypothesis why.....(flamin heck...that waz a gobful)
Lets go through em....these bird based clubs....

Hawthorn.....Hawks
Westcoast....eagles....
Adelaide crows
Collingwood.....magpies
Sydney swans.....
Essendon....bombers(so,they still have wings and fly....)
St Kilda....saints(They have wings apparently)
 
Ignore this please...ive buggered up the point of my thread...cant fix it...but feel free to comment...im guessing that the magpies get on everyones nerves the most eh!.....Im gonna take mmy bex and have a good rest nuw...... :-X ???

the magpies are aptly named . the sit around in groups singing to themselves and will only attack you from behind .

what a great animal to be named after????????

well...those pesky little members of the feathered family do get up me more than ample nose ya know....gee rosy...youre the optimist.....KK terrorising those feathers that flock together?Now THAT would be ENTERTAINING to say the least.......a seagull hitting kingsley would be more like watching a space shuttle crash i reckon.......Bloody hell tigerricho........16000 odd posts to go ya reckon......crivens......now i KNOW im outta my depth....need wonderwoman,katie beckinsale and angelina jloie to team together in my name to even get bloody close....then id need another 5 years.......and another 5 tiger flags........oh welll..

havent forgiven the hawks for what they did to the Bummers in 2004......you know why?CAUSE YOU BLOODY HAWKS shoulda knocked the bloody lot of em out....If yer gonna draw a line in the sand mate...make sure you PRESS THE BLOODY PENCIL HARDER EH!Ya with me?Seriously...I reckon the hawks are gonna be sleepers this year....will sneak up on a few i reckon.....keep up the hard yakka eh!
And finally....HOW GOOD ARE THEM FLAMIN PIES EH?Jay shultz gets hung strung and quartered...then the tryhard TAC preach to the Richmond footy club and all and sundry whilst basking in the free publicjty.....etc....etc...
Then that bloody tryhard wannabe footballer....who i wouldnt spit on if he were on fire.......Brodie Holland....drives without a license.....done for speeding....etcetc,,,,,so where are the bleating bleedingheart flamin tac now....in reference to wiping 5 off ya speedo.....You know what Id love to do?Go up to Brodie,s missus...Stellas her name aint it?
And Id politely remind her of Brodies parental origins whist casting a glimmer of doubt on his manhood...and suggest that if she wants a real man...she should trade brodie in for Jay Shultz......with my blessing....Whatyareckon?Owzem apples?Thatll get Eddie chokin on his horse derves........cheers! ;D :hihi ;D

great post i wish we had knocked them out too don't worry about that i think all hawk supporters wanted that seeing they started it with spear tackling robbie campbell but i think they still might think twice on it next time cause they will know we will take them on , probs are the reports afterwards and nearly not having a team to play with .

thanks for the support as well and i hope the tigers do well too , may be a hawk v tiger grand final if we are lucky sooner rather then latter would be good :clap

Actually golden....heres a bit of mail which would shake the counsels of the great(Pharace,Phantom,Rosy,Tigersofold....etc)thisll get ya attention............
In all of the 39 years Ive been following me beloved tigers....I dont think we,ve ever met in a finals game ever....not even once....let me quote the exact timeframe.........1967 to 2005.........
Yep.....hawks and Richmond have never met in a final....owzat!I stand to be corrected of course.....cheers! ;D
