When i try and pick a best 22 i seem to have to leave a lot of blokes out of the team, this hasnt happened in a long time must be a sign of our depth - albeit some of our depth is still young but look out in 2 years time.

Heres my best 22 with my thoughts on who the players that are vying for their spots

B:       Newman      Gaspar      Kellaway      (Thursfield, Hall, Mcguane, White, Hartigan, Humm, Moore)
HB:     Bowden       *smile*      Johnson       (Casserley, JON, Raines,
C:       Deledio        Coughlan   Tambling      (Hyde, Tivendale, Chaffey
HF:     Pettifer         Richo          Krakour       (Pattison, Myer
FF:      Brown          Bowden     Stafford       (Limbach, Hughes,
R:       Simmonds     Tuck         Roden           (Knobel, Foley, Howat, New ruckman from tassie??

This is just off the top of my head - ran out of time
 
Not bad tango but I would preferably have Hall in the backline. Think he proved to be a valuable player this year. Would put him on the bank flank playing loosish and release johnson in the ruck putting Rodan out of the team.

i've named our oldest team with the obvious exception of Humm (for Deledio). That is because they are experienced and, as luck would have it, can fill the positions.

I hope you dont mean success DDT cos that would be a tragedyt as we would never get rid of these guys as well as miss quality draft picks which we are still in need of. :hihi :hihi :hihi

Not bad i can not believe you left Hall out of the team, before he got shafted last year he was one of our most important players! Imean that *smile* suspension.
 
i would enjoy seeing Foley and Polo come on this year. If this happens it'll help our in an unders team no end and definately take the load of Cogs,Jono and Tucky.

theres only 9 in the first team who i think are reasonably safe mid to long term players and a couple of them are 30+ the rest we need to get rid of. the only thing they are doing is keeping kids out of the team. having said this yes ferals the list has improved slightly but theres a long way to go.

i apologise craig i have miscounted its 10 i left simmonds out but if he didnt have a 5 yr contract well who knows.
