I believe Terry Wallace is a good coach.
One of the reasons for the big turn around at the Cats is the recruitment of a new coaching and management staff. With more money and a better attitude we will do it also.
One of the biggest mistakes the Tigers have made is the lack of funding for our football department.
You borrow money to improve your business and there is no problem in the Tigers going into debt for a year or two to improve our under funded football department.
More people in key admin, coaching and development will turn our on field performance very quickly.
While we may have drafted poorly, we still have a very good core of younger players that we can build a team around. There are no half measures we need to get the right people in to help terry Wallace as soon as possible.
Its time to get positive and look at the club as a business that needs to spend more money on improving our performance.
