Jason, who tallied 76 senior games in five seasons including the 2002 Grand Final, is an unknown commodity in this draft.

"They're both very determined to prove themselves," David Cloke said.

"Jason is pretty pissed off at how he was treated at Collingwood. He's gone out and done everything the coaches told him and then they bag him for it.
:'( :'( :hihi

Hindsight is a wonderful thing- I am so so glad we didn't go down the Cloke route. If my memory serves me properly we got Cogs over this family and all the baggage they bring with them. And there is no certainty thet any of them are going to 'make the grade"

Don't speak too soon...We haven't not read his name out at the PSD yet. Just a question for everyone. Kingsley v J Cloke...which one would you be least angry with?

For me, I'd be least angry with Cloke, because he could at least fill a role in our team down back, whereas there is no room for Kingsley IMO.

MMMmmm - one good year outa the KK or career of mediocity outa Jason - reckon that's how many will see it - both a bit iffy!

Personally speaking, Jason's not that bad, and has at least been consistent at being an average footballer and is in the prime of age for size. Has heart and courage (something lacking in the other Cloke I think), and while he will never be a J.Bowden he's similar type - we probably have enough of these though I'm guessing. So it's back to the best of a bad bunch?

I would have Jason over Kingsley

I'd rather take Jason Cloke over Kent Kingsley as well...need defenders but from what I have heard its gonna be KK thats heading to punt road

ps. also the age reports that the blues will be taking Cameron Cloke in either the PSD or rookie draft. The Blues have told Ty Zantuck to pack his bags.

Prefer Kingsley. I reckon one or both of *smile* and Cleve Hughes will be playing a role in the backline. When I say I prefer Kingsley I mean over Cloke. I think we should pick up a kid again but I won't be shattered with Kingsley as I think it gives our Key posts more flexibility.

Cleve is still young. He could turn into a Jeff Hogg type with plenty of flexibility if nurtured the right way now.

Good work Dad. Really improves my chances of getting pick up slagging off my previous employers. I may as well sign up with Rick 'my lips are sealed' Olarenshaw.
