Funny, Choco Williams also shares that same trait - another Sheedy pupil. Geez, it's good having Plough at the helm.No 4 said:Chiang Mai Tiger said:Mark Thompson the winner is a smug b@stard

It helps when you have won by 10 goals & also when Sheedy gave him the chance to get into coaching.meltiger said:zips said:Funny, Choco Williams also shares that same trait - another Sheedy pupil. I must say, I made it back from the Cattery in tiem to catch the 2nd half of Essendon's disgrace on Sat night and I thought Choco was quite gracious towards Sheedy when asked about him in the post match interview.
For the first time ever I was actually impressed with him.

Might have a different view once he watched the game again.gustiger12 said:Is this the same Mark Thompson who didn't speak to his players after the game. Said he wanted to get home to watch the replay. What was that...Mark.....you didn't know what happened and your supposed to be the coach. :rofl

BBC said:Bomber Thompson is under the pump at the moment and rightfully so.
However he (and many other coaches) are careful not to say anything about oppositions sides. I actually think Bomber is one of the few coaches who answers the questions posed to him by the journo's.
The journo's can 'smell a kill' down at Geelong, hence their questioning of him and his team.
I reckon we can lay off Bomber. Who cares about him.
