It occurs to me that Mr Wallace may be slowing the kids development by throwing them all over the field.
1) Pattison is regularily called a Key forward prospect. How often has he started/finished a game there?
2) Deledio: Forward, Back, Midfield and wing
3) Tambling: Midfield, forward, wing
4) Hyde: Everywhere except ruck
5) Schulz: FF, CHF, back
6) Polak: Key forward, key back.
7) Polo: HBF, centre, wing
8)Jackson: Full back, full forward, playmaker, tagger, FP.....
Maybe some of these kids need clarity, and some sense of getting used to their position, and getting used to working with players around them. There is no real 'team advantage' if each week you play with different players each side so you don't know their play style or what they will do next.
