The simple answer I have been saying for years is to get rid of the useless mug Matt Hornby.

He's been there for far too long.

Do that and get someone with some brains in the area of fitness and strenght and we might see most of the players you mentioned claw put on vital strenght and size.

I hope the review has found him out, if it hasn't, I will question the accuracy of it.

Surely the fitness people condition the players according to the coach's instructions?

I thought Will's game today was very good.
Too right.
And he wasn't just a spoiler today. He was much more constructive positive and played with a bit of attacking flair. Best game I've seen him play.

Thats what I'd think as well but no-one has been able to confirm one way or the other

Yes that's fact.

A new coach will likely bring in new fitness people tho, and expect to see a significant change in the body shape and size of our list.... thanks again Terry you imposter.

His last month has been exceptional, except for 1 qtr against Fev. Locked in as our best stopper and his adaptability is excellent, least of our worries down back.

He must be earmarked for a key defence role for the next 5 years and DEVELOPED accordingly. That is what a good coach will do. TW crucified this guy... any other club would love to have him.

Not sure about exceptional but vastly improved and yesterday was his best.
He seems to have shaken off whatever was effecting him early in the year (Wallet?) but still see him more as a third tall than a fb.
Hope he kicks on from here.

Agreed, I've been critical of his lack of flair/dash/attack whatever you want to call it but he's shown he can do it lately. Well done.

End result is we have lost all those games but yes he's been much better.
You look at those players above Chubby Checker and it's obvious he's best as a third tall and not a FB, particularly when a much stronger Fev took him to the cleaners. I like Wil, good to see him doing well again.

Agreed, that looks to be his established role in the side now.

I don't think you can judge him on the Fev game. He went off him and Fev continued his dominance. The Shag had his lairising crazy eye on in that game. I think he was as likely to kick 1.9 as 9.1. But in general Will looks different since since his return. He is playing a more relaxed, attacking style of game, and showing a real apptitude for reading the play with the freedom to back himself. Was really impressed yesterday. :clap
