I have been trying to get tickets to see Carmen and all they can offer is crap tickets on the wings.

I tried booking tickets for this weeks game online after trying for 20mins I gave up and called them. Had to talk to a machine and enter the tickets I wanted on the keypad then I was transfered to customer service who wanted the ticket details again, then I had to give my payment details twice because she had the same problem I did when trying to book online. 25 minutes into the phone call the tickets were finally booked. Real great service ::)
 
Is this some new service where you introduce tickets to eachother in the hope of them spawning more tickets for you?
 
Same problems in QLd, what a useless company to use to get people to your game. Lift your game AFL and Ticketmaster. Make it easy for people to spend their money on your companies.
