Someone at the game tonight told me they have sold TD out already...Ticketmaster website is "undergoing maintenance" right now.

I know it is the cats 'home' game but why not put it to the G?

Firstly, it was absurd to design a stadium of 50k. Especially when the one it replaced held 70 - 80k.
It should be moved to the G if crowd predictions warrant it.
RFC fans whilst we are a very loyal bunch could only get 73k to our big day against Carlton... that was pretty disappointing.
I haven't heard that it is already sold out, p!ssed off it is.

Umm, there was +50,000 tiger fans there that day; it was the Blues supporters who didn't rock up. They had no more than 20,000. Won't get much more from one team than we had against the Blues.

GO TIGES!!!

I disagree they only had 20k.
Interesting signature, considering your above post.

It irks me when people say we only got 73,500 on our 100 yr anniversary game, well we turned up in huge numbers and if carlton did the same there would've been 80K+, that day i turned to my mate who as an impartial supporter told him i thought the crowd split was 43,500 richmond and 30,000 carlton, his reply, i think ur being generous, he thought they were lucky to have 30K, he thought we had at least 45,000 there....Look they had more than 20K thats for sure, im thinking more up wards to 30K, 28-30,000....

My mate at work even confirmed that he thought a lot of blues fans didnt rock up, thought we "tiges fans" booked out the whole ground, he said where ever he looked there was yellow and black...
