PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

I thought it appropriate to to confess something that I am ashamed of (Rfc related) and was hoping that this thread would encourage other PRenders to get anything else (Rfc related) off their chest before the new year.

Now is the time to confess your TIGER SINS prior to the 2006 season.

This is my sin: Round 12, 2003 Rich V Carl. 86-93pts. Loss. I watched this game with my inlaws who are all carlton supporters, anyway we watched the replay on tv instead of listening on the radio. I badly wanted to win this game because we lost to them the year prior also and wanted my revenge.

The game was intense very close, from memory we were infront with only moments remaining, a victory looked on the cards but NO, we are beaten ! >:(

I was so disgusted that we threw that game away and was humiliated ( yet again ) for talking up the tigers, as you do for being so commited & loyal, that I flew into moments of pure rage.
Upon the immediate loss of the game I took off my official team cap and ripped it apart, then threw it into the open fireplace. :help

I immediately regretted it and felt terrible. :-[

Ahhh, that feels better getting that off my chest. :)
