Only real problem I see with this thread is that 4 years is an eternity in football terms.  We have seen signs of where we're heading and the philosophies behind it, but for anyone to predict where we will be in 4 years is a bit like the age old question how long is a piece of string.

I am quietly confident we are heading in the right direction, but where exactly we will be is anybodies guess.
