There's an article by Rebecca Williams about Cogs in the H/S yesterday and seeing it's not on their website I'll post it in dot form for those who like to keep up with our press.
There are also photos of Cogs, Richo and Browny. Who is the shirtless one following Browny?
*Onya Cogs. And so say all of us.

- He's known as one of the dolphins at Punt Road but Cogs is ready to reclaim his mantle on dry land in our midfield this year.
- Our 2003 b&f winner is on track for a return early in the h&a season.
- After months of running has stepped up training in the past fortnight, completing a full session with his team mates on Wednesday.
- Didn't take part in Friday's match practice at Vic Park. Is a month off one on one work.
- Cogs is confident of a round 1-5 return.
- Knows the importance of the year ahead. "I'm in a bit of a vulnerable position and this year's really important to me, " he said "I just want to get things right now. I've had a few injuries, so am getting a bit smarter with my body now."
- "While my fitness may be off a bit, I really want to be peaking in the second half of the year."
- Cogs said he's learned from past experiences not to rush his recovery. "You've got to find a balance between pushing your body and looking after it," he said.
- While Cogs immediate aim is for an early-season return, he is desperate to taste finals action for the first time.
- "There's a couple of guys getting on a bit, Richo and Bowdo, and those sort of guys," Coughlan said. "It would just be nice to get them in the finals because they've only got two or three years left in them. I've played 80 or 90 games and haven't played in a final yet. That's what I'm really aiming for this year*."
